Born in Shenzhen, China and raised in Vancouver, Canada – Kurt is not only bilingual Chinese and English, but also bicultural. His deep understanding of the nuanced similarities and differences between Chinese and Canadian culture gives rise to his stellar business and real estate acumen.

Kurt’s ability to negotiate with clients of both Chinese and English speaking backgrounds gives him a distinct advantage when it comes to putting together difficult deals; his unique skillset has resulted in his achieving consistent and laudable growth every year since joining the industry in 2015.

In addition to his post-secondary business background, Kurt is pursuing accreditation in BC Building Code Part 3 & 9. This allows Kurt to provide expert, behind-the-scenes knowledge of new home construction to better serve his clients.
